"SIMDRIVE 3D" is a multi-body simulation (MBS) software specifically developed for powertrains by the German company CONTECS. It serves as a platform that can address various development projects involving engine downsizing, auxiliary equipment, and friction reduction technologies within a single environment, and can be utilized in each stage from conceptual design to system design and optimization. In Europe and the United States, it has already been adopted by numerous OEMs and their suppliers, and is used as a platform for sharing design information.
